USING CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

For book orders using check and money order payments, complete the following form. Give us your shipping information, select your books, the quantity, and the payment method. Remember we pay all shipping charges on books delivered within the continental United States. Books are shipped using U.S. media mail within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment.

Also remember there is an additional price discount of 10% on orders for 2-3 books and a 20% discount for 4 books or more. Shipping air freight, UPS, or outside the continental U.S. incur additional charges (contact us for the exact amounts). The handling and insurance charge is $3 per book. If you have any questions before ordering, contact us via email. We do not offer internet or volume discounts overseas. Overseas shipment is by insured Global Express Mail for rapid delivery.
